Requested by a user. Some tooling stores credentials inside regular .aws/credentials file but refresh them in the background. Right now, Cloudash loads them once on startup but should reload them...
As a user, I should be able to switch between services using `CMD+` keyboard shortcut.
When the app is running it should show a notification for new CF deployment.
_I'm not sure yet if that should be on modal or on a separate page._
