Ftpd pro not connecting to filezilla cilent

Whenever I try to connect to my switch with ftpd pro with filezilla client, it refuses to connect. On port 21, it says this in the logs: Status: Connecting to 192.168.84.140:21... Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server". Error: Could not connect to server And on port 22, it says this in the logs: Status: Connecting to 192.168.84.140... Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=11 Command: open "[email protected]" 22 Error: Could not connect to server Neither of the 2 ports work for some reason. My computer and switch are connected to the same network, and yet, it still doesn't work. What's the problem?
