The connection with the server was reset

I think this might be something with my Windows but here you go:

After a while transferring large files (using NSPsplitty to make sure it's compatible with fat32) I get the following error on Windows:

FTP Folder Error An error occurred copying a file to the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to put files on the server. Details: The connection with the server was reset.
