feature request: reaction buttons

As a user of Jinteki.net, I'd like to have a few tiny buttons above the logs window during a game. That would make it simpler to begin games, and can also incentivize new users, or lazy users, to follow minimum etiquette. For example, a few buttons for:

• "Good luck & have fun" (glhf)
• one moment, I need to think... (think)
• Thank you for the game! (ty4tg)
• Good game! (gg) etc
