Sometimes after a jua encounter occurs, error toasts start to spam forever on loop

After a jua encounter, sometimes error notifications will spam forever on loop, and cause the performance to grind to a halt in the web browser. I've seen this multiple times. Often the jua error where a runner is "unable to install" something due to jua is the first error, but it seems like every other error notification, such as the one from undo click, or unable to pay for the basic action card errors, will also be re-triggered forever on loop. It seems like every error that ever occurred over the lifetime of the lobby is being sent in a tight loop over and over again.
