New account not able to select decks when creating game

Repro steps:

1. Be JankstrsParadise
2. Upload a legal standard deck
3. Create a standard lobby (either side selected)
4. Click to select deck

Expected Behavior

• Select uploaded deck

Current Behavior

• Empty list shown, and therefore unable to select a deck.

Notably, I can select the deck if I join someone else's lobby.
