Reset Password button does not work

I haven't signed on to Jinteki in a while and forgot my password. I attempted to reset it by entering my email, but when I hit submit there is no prompt and there is no email that is sent. I've tried on multiple times between 5/3/23-5/6/23 on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. If I write an incorrect email and hit submit it will prompt "No account with that email address exists" so that's not the issue. The email that I used is [email protected]

Same here, in fact none of the login windows are working on either Firefox or Chrome. I have tried to say "Forget password" and it says no account is tied to that email, but when I go to create an account it says an account is already using that email. So I tried a different email, and then tried logging in, it said "Invalid Login or Password", then I tried Forgot Password with the new email and there was no error and no email sent, the window stayed open.
