Links not generating properly for sealed product

Only TCGplayer is correctly providing links for sealed product. Other providers have id numbers but the conversion from id to url is not working.

@kodawah you added the other providers to the sealed repo, can you dig into this?

• there is no way to to map a mkm URL from their ID
• cardtrader id can be mapped with https://www.cardtrader.com/cards/ + id
• i'm unsure about the rest
