My only guess would be that home assistant isn't talking to the hub. Is there any information in the logs when you try to control the blinds?

can you add this to your configuration.yaml? logger: default: error logs: custom_components.neosmartblinds: debug then give it another shot?

can you share your config? that make me think there is an issue.

is your neo hub on the same subnet as your home assistant? 192.168.86.xx?
