Remove underscore.js dependency?

@mtford90 You are just using 6-7 underscore functions so I think it is better to implement them yourself. If you want I can work on it and send you a PR.

@arsalan-k Exactly my thoughts ;). I will admit it was more laziness on my part having become accustomed to using underscore.

If that's not too much trouble then it would be much appreciated!
