Allow for manual entered tags

While I realize it's an old language, I run into issues like this.

For anyone not working with the standard languages, this prevents folding.

When turned off..

The default folding works.

So I see you have what can NOT be folded in the options, please also add a "will be folded" as well.

This should be a list of all the tags.

A spot in the options that says, "Always fold these tags" would be helpful in the options. This way, I can add whatever tags I want to also fold.
