Can't seem to be able to reproduce it. Would you mind checking the settings to see if folding closing tags option is enabled? Maybe provide more details on the project...

Interesting bug. Thanks for reporting it. Might take a bit to fix to be totally honest given how the extension works, but will look into a fix. To also gather...
