Would be nice to have toolchains group package info on the enviroment page

I.E. for msys UCRT shell, mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-toolchain, for msys Mingw64 shell: mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain. kinda like how the main page instructs to install the mingw64 toolchain by default

Would you like to suggest the required changes? It would be good to know others perspective as well.

I was thinking of adding a separate page in 'Development' section. Then move the toolchain instruction from 'Getting started' to there. There are multiple issues where users were unware of the toolchain group package. After that, add a package prefix (i.e. mingw-w64-x86_64 etc.) column in the 'Environments' page.
