[nano] Full support for UTF8

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

Nerd fonts icons doesn't show correctly on nano editor, it shows other characters on screen

Steps to see the issue:

1. Open nano editor
2. Copy 󱫰 icon
3. Paste the icon in nano

Expected behavior

If you are using a nerd font it should display the lecturn icon

Actual behavior

Pasting the icon in nano displays something like ' M-0' using LANG=en_US.UTF-8

Maybe a limitation on nano's syntax highlighting. Try to run with nano AA.txt --ignorercfiles and see what happens.

Also make sure your emoji is a UTF-8 character andnot a UTF-16 or something else. (I can't even see it properly here in your OP.)
