filesystem/shell: list the new environments in help too

This commit changes the set of environments accepted in the help to match what is given in the actual code.

A slightly fishy thing is that it does not yet do anything for clang32 -- is that even a real environment? Seriously, what's /clang32 all about? Shouldn't everything in c7bb282ca4c5471b4e96a862981b1550fdd4f0d9 be in there?

Outdated should include clangarm64, too - see #2798 (those files would be adjusted all together [in the next filesystem package update, feel free to integrate in any other PR)
