Jekyll is a static site generator that's perfect for GitHub hosted blogs.

It is also great to for hosting sites with GitLab Pages too (this is my intended use).

Provide a basic test case to validate the package's functionality.

No test case, but since @jkillingsworth seems to be using it and @Freed-Wu seems to be interested in having it, I wonder whether it could be added to MSYS2 (instead of Zola [as I previously requested in #17386]).
