Hello, i have a TIM TG789 v2, the error is:NameError: name 'sys' is not defined picture

You cannot use this tool on TIM firmware of 789vac v2 (<15.0). change the firmware to something better like UNO https://www.ilpuntotecnico.com/forum/index.php/topic,77981.0.html
