Cooling mode?

Now that summer is upon us, I've hit a bit of wall in terms of swtiching from heating to cooling modes.

I can't seem to figure out how I can set my Baxi HVAC to "cooling mode" and manual preset at the same time.

This is what I want to get to in the official app:

WHen I set it up as above in the app, it shows up like this in HA:

The preset_mode is manual which sounds correct, but the overall state is still "heat"?
