Include GDB for debugging

I currently have an issue with lldb-mi not jumping to the cwd directory set on vscode and sometimes not even running and just blocking with no error message and with gdb working flawlessly on linux, macos and windows, I really didn't want to have to make a TDM-GCC installation just to debug with gdb.

The request itself is to just integrate GDB on to the toolkit and make GCC not just be a shortcut to clang

This toolchain is about LLVM/Clang. If you want a GCC toolchain have a look at https://github.com/niXman/mingw-builds-binaries/releases/

For UCRT support in GCC, try WinLibs

Also, lldb-mi isn't exactly the best thing to use. If you're on VSCode, try CodeLLDB
