Passwords edited or created by the app are not able to then be decrypted by the app until re-encrypted by a command line instance

Creating or editing an entry in the app, then attempting to view the password immediately after does not work. Any entries encrypted by the app are not accessible to the app until after re-encrypted by a command line instance, for example on my computer
