Browser and BrowserVersion not parsed correctly in webview user-agent

Could you please look into the follow user-agents of WebView. These are not parsed correctly it gives Browser = Android and BrowserVersion = 4.0

@mssola Could you please tell me the expected date of release v0.5 Or fix for the current issue so that I can build the library for my use case.
