Regression in gotham_restful readme

No idea why the code block is messed up, but it makes the link section render as a code block and such the readme is a mess due to this problem. I ran a simple code-block-in-list program through pulldown-cmark-to-cmark's stupicat example and it didn't mess it up so I have no idea where that problem originates.
