Support for "Advanced Belts" mod!

Advanced Belts is a new mod which follows Vanilla logic and adds 3 new tiers of belts (60, 75 and 90 items/s) with the highest one being equivalent to just 2 Express Belts. It's not overpowered, just new tiers of belts.

Hopefully Advanced Belts becomes popular enough to justify supporting the mod on Miniloader.
