Cannot copy/paste circuit conditions

Place down a miniloader. Connect red/green wire. Give a condition for enable. Place down another loader. Shift-right-click on first loader to copy settings. Shift-left-click on second loader to paste. Click second loader. Settings not applied.

This works fine with normal inserters so very surprised it doesn't work with miniloaders.

Interestingly, I can copy settings from miniloader to vanilla inserter, but not miniloader to miniloader.

I can confirm that this is still happening as of mod version 1.15.6, and that such conditions are blueprintable, but cannot be copied over.

Additionally, blueprints with equivalent-position mini-loaders treat the mini-loaders as conflicting rather than compliant with the design when pasting over the area, which appears to be at least somewhat related.
