Nextcloud Sync

• [x] Newest version 1.4.1.6 (last update to 1.4.2 hasn´t solved it)
• [x] Nextcloud Version 22.2.5

1. Sync not working (Up and download on Pixel 5 | Upload on Tab S4)

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

(refresh after each step)

1. Edit a note in Nextcloud Notes
2. View on Phone -> is up-to-date (works great)
3. Edit it again but in Quillnote
4. View on other device or in the Cloud -> Not showing the edited version

Note: Some times it works but not 100% of the time.

###2. Connecting error ( Pixel 5) Adding the URL is working, bit if I try to log in it gives an error which says something like "network not avaliable "

3. Only on Pixel 5: #172

1. Add a Reminder
2. Save it -> Crash
3. Delete a note with Reminder -> not working + Crash

Divices:

• Pixel 5 (CustemRom: Android 12L CalyxOS 3.3 microG activated)
• Samsung Tab S4 (Stock Android 10 OneUI)

Kind of the same problem here.

It synced a couple notes I had when first installing the app some month ago, then it stopped working.

When I tried it, I got something akin to, "Connecting..." followed by "Internet Connection Is Not Available." Also got it when I was trying to connect for the first time. Albeit, I might have to open a different issue, about that. I do have the Notes app and that works.

I ain't sure if it's exactly the same for me - I am new to Quillnote and trying to get synch to work with no success. It says "connecting" and then "something went wrong".

I tried different nextcloud instances but couldn't get any working connection. It always stopped with "something went wrong". I hope @msoulanidis can come up with a fix in the next release. Keep up the great work - I am super happy to have found your project and would love to use a synched version with my wife!

Funnily, I found another issue while trying this out, which is, if you add an image on a note on the android app, sync it, it doesn't sync to the NextCloud. i.e. When you redownload that note it will appear without the image attached.

The app does warn you, though that: "... Nextcloud Notes does not support features such as tags, attachments, ..."

I believe the app is not maintained anymore, sadly.

Might not be maintained, but this was fixed by jsixface. A fixed binary can be found here.
