The tag grouping is getting messed up

Typically a user uses tag to classify or group a bunch of notes to the tag name category. However it looks like the tag search is picking up other notes that doesn't have this tag name but there is certain word in a note that matches this tag name. This is a bug. The tag name search should result in notes having the same #tag and not the tag name as a word in note.
