Syncing tasks to Nextcloud

This is not really an "issue" as it's known and clearly marked in the app, but I wanted to open a discussion about tasks and Nextcloud.

Is there a reason that a markdown-list couldn't be converted to a Quillnote task list and vice versa? So on syncing, turn a Quillnote list into

- [ ] item 1
- [x] item 2

Then convert it back to a Quillnote list when changes are made on the nextcloud side.

If the Nextcloud markup doesn't conform exactly to what Quillnote is expecting, then you would treat it as a normal note.

I would settle for being able to tick and untick checkboxes in nextcloud markup in view mode, but I think this fancier method should be doable in theory.

I get super nervous about anything being only stored on my phone and not backed up anywhere, but lists are pretty much the main usecase for me, so I'm keen to have a discussion on this and understand the challenges a bit more.
