Implement One Char Search

Addresses #27 #20

@msomeone I followed your pattern for one character search and adjusted it to accept one character. If you see any glaring issues let me know, otherwise I'd love to get this in to use it officially.

NOTE: I've forked from #25 in order to be compatible with VS2022

@aehernandez thanks for the great job! I appologize for the delay response. Unfortunately i dont quite remember which branch contains current version - 'master' or 'preview'. So im not sure where to merge that stuff. Looks like 'preview' branch contains fresher version which has support for VS2017-2019 and VS2022 as separate builds, most code is shared. Would you be so kind to create PR from that branch, while im trying to remember how to release new versions :) I can add you is a maintainer to this project if you wish

Implemented in 1.9, please check official VS Gallery or update extension in Extension Manager. If installed manually from CI artifact, uninstall it first and install from Extension Manager.
