Hi.

I have trouble about the messages, like WARNING: Unrecognized effect "sequence_feature". Assigning lowest priority!

when i run vcf2maf on my vcf file, i can see the messages all times.

but maf file is successfully generated, and maftools's plot as well

there are might trouble with terminology on my vcf file, then i should edit my vcf file? how can I resolve this?
