Release new tag

Hello, thanks for this great tool. We've been using it for years but I've noticed the latest release was in April 2021. Is it possible to release a new tag with the latest changes? I'm specifically interested in handling the 100s of WARNINGs for unrecognised splice effects after updating VEP which was solved in mskcc/vcf2maf#320 last July. Happy to help with the release if there is a shortage in maintenance people.
