CF and subclonality?

Hi. I just want to get subclonal SCNAs vs clonal SCNAs from FACETS output file. Is it right to look up the cellular fraction (CF) value to judge which ones are clonal or subclonal? If so, close to 1 of CF (not 1) should be clonal but what would be the reasonable cutoff to say subclonal?

Please correct me if I am wrong at some points. thanks.
