Feature Request: Configuration options for alignment

The alignment formatting has several features that may or may not be welcome depending on the user's coding standard. Possible formatting disagreements

• [ ] Aligning semicolons at the end of a line
• [ ] ordering of input and logic on ports There are probably others. The proposal is to make the formatting a config option that gives the user flexibility.
