msgpack.org site not adding implementations

I followed the instructions at https://github.com/msgpack/website for adding a new implementation (https://github.com/kriszyp/msgpackr), but it doesn't seem to show up on msgpack.org. Does the the crawler need to be restarted or updated? Or are implementations manually added now? (FWIW, if there are updates being made, it might also be nice to have it remove repos that are marked "Deprecated").

@frsyuki any chance you could take a look at this? I think MessagePack could benefit from having an updated list of implementations. Thanks!
