Any plans to ship 1.0.0 anytime soon?

This project seems to be quite mature and stable however so far it has not reached 1.0.0. As per semver 0.x.y is for the initial development. Is there any reason why the project is still not at 1.0.0? Any plans to release 1.0.0 soon?

Good question! As far as I think, there is no reason to justify that the version is not become 1.0.

I think latest (0.9) version should be 1.0 when:

  • It supports msgpack timestamp type https://github.com/msgpack/msgpack/pull/209
  • It also supports netstandard 2.0 for CodeDOM support in .NET Core.
