client ip not available in website dashboard

When tracking fetch http://example.com/api/website/send it shows JWT response, when base64 decode, it shows data like ip,latitude, city, but in dashboard not showing this data, why?

Need help, im using cloudflare btw

because this data has been organized into a more easily readable format, such as country.

and you can view the location using the visitor map.
