questions about winner+B1 model

when calculating the path loss, I got some questions:

  1. the winner+B1 model uses the f_c as the center frequency in Hz, but in the file get_PL_SH.m, it seems that you use the GHz instead.

  2. and for the effective antenna height, the winner+B1 model sets the environment height as 1 m, but you set it as 0 m. Are there any reasons to do this?
