• [ ] Missing $P_k \Lambda^{d-1}(\mathrm{tri}_d)$
• [ ] Missing $[S_{2, k}^{\mathrm{tri}}]_{d-1}$

Degrees

• [ ] Currently lists $1 \leq k$, which is true for FEniCS etc. notation but a more common notation in the literature is $0 \leq k$. We should probably at least add a comment highlighting this.

Polynomial superdegree

• [ ] I couldn't find the result on quads / hexes in the references below. I calculated $kd$, but I might be wrong.

Polyset

• [ ] What is the logic behind the numbering of the $\mathcal{Z}$ spaces?
• [ ] The polyset on quads/hexes looks incorrect to me. Also, is there a reason for not writing them in a simpler way (see e.g. (14.14) in Ern and Guermond Finite Elements II.
