Showstopping problem when trying to add new entity

I just updated to the latest (as of Feb 8, 2024) version and am now getting a popup dialog error when trying to add a new entity to my existing diagram:

As suggested by the error, I ran "devenv /setup" in a command prompt with elevated privileges. Re-running VS I get the same problem.

Is this missing install of EF framework via nuget?
