another not loading problem

ok I'm new here so first hello, next iv tried all the [Common Issues and their fixes] but I'm not getting any error tried both the setup and the .application, i think its installed lol but when i load it up it just shows the splash screen of "EDENGINEER" and the little loading bubbles and stays on that splash screen, again no error just not loading iv left it once for 30 min and nothing happened so anyone know where and how i screwed up?
