Feature Request: Shopping lists also suggest which engineers to visit, optimized to visit the fewest necessary

Fantastic tool. It's been super helpful. I do have an optimization request to make executing shopping lists a little easier.

What I'm finding myself doing is building an engineering shopping list, and then remote engineering as much of the modules as I can. For things that I don't have pinned, plus experimentals, I then need to manually figure out which engineers I need to visit to finish off my list. I feel like this is something that ED Engineer could probably do fairly easily. It seems to already know which engineers are capable of providing which effects/experimentals, so I'd like to think that figuring out a list of engineers to visit in order to complete a shopping list should be (hopefully) straight-forward. Probably the only open question is how to handle listing/configuring engineers in the Bubble versus in Colonia, since that distinction is pretty important given the vast distance between the two regions.

Personally, I'm not concerned about LY distance between individual engineers (other than the distance between the Bubble and Colonia of course), and I assume that's not data that ED Engineer has ready access to anyway. Visiting the fewest necessary is the specific optimization I'm looking for, particularly since some specific engineers can provide multiple experiemental effects that you're looking for.
