Send to API False Shopping List

Open zeromic opened this issue 5 years ago • 5 comments

When you send to the API from coriolis.io or the "Coriolis EDCD Editon" Chrome App most of the Shopping List entries are false or missing.

Example: https://s.orbis.zone/2jdo Only 5 Expermental Effects added to the Shopping List, Most Mods are missing (eg. all heat sinks) G5 mod for for Electic countermeasure lightweight wrongly added

Example 2: https://s.orbis.zone/2jdq Stock Anaconda only added mod is lightweight G5 to hull and Deep plating EE > Send to API adds nothing to the Shopping list (both lightweight and deep plating are not working, blast resist does)

EDEngineer and Coriolis communicate with eachother using unique identifiers. Identifiers used by Coriolis were added to the EDEngineer data as you can see in the blueprint resources (slow to load because the file is big).

These identifiers didn't change on the EDEngineer side since they were established, and a miscommunication between the two applications is most likely due to wrong identifiers being sent out. I think it's best to reach out to @willyb321, he might have a better idea than me about it.

Hi, if the wrong BPs are from weapons, that is a known issue with the ways that coriolis and edengineer have weapon blueprints (coriolis uses a generic one where possible but EDEngineer uses per-module BPs)

I'm looking at changing that with the Coriolis rewrite I'm in the process of doing.
