EDEngineer cannot Run/ install program

opened program. been over 8 months since last opening. would not update. folllowed the steps shown on

even ran cCleaner. cannot get program to properly install or run

can you open the URL in your browser, then save it (ctrl+S) to file and try to open the file ?

it's possible .NET 4.6.1 (required for the application) isn't properly installed

you can get the latest version of .NET here https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework-runtime/net472

cannot do an install because of what is left behind. if programs shows as never installed then it needs to connect to current api in game
