Publish extension to Open VSX Registry

Hi,

It would be great to publish this extension to the open source vsx registry

https://open-vsx.org

Trying to use it with OniVim2 for some context. Thanks in advance.

I wasn't aware of https://open-vsx.org. I'll take a look at it and make sure we publish the upcoming version to it as well.

Hello! I don't mean to be rude, but is it going to be available? I was thinking of forking the project just to publish it, so I can use it from the browser with gitpod.io

Hi @fermuch!

I'm gonna transfer this project to https://github.com/surface-ui/ in the next few days. As soon we get everything working, I'll create an account for the organization so we can start publishing there too.
