Any chance we could get an image with both Chrome and Firefox installed?

Do you want both or just Chrome. Ill make an image for you and link it in the comments

Both please. It's to replace the container linked below that is no longer being maintained, and that had both browsers available in the same image.

ah crap. It turns out I need to get my users and permissions fixed before chrome and run properly.

https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/msjpq/browsers-vnc

Chrome does run, but it crashes too often to be of any use.

I know somebody on Reddit said they've spent "A LOT" of time before they even got KDE to run under non-root user, but I dont have their fork so Ill have to tinker a bit myself.

Sorry about that, looks like I wont have the time to do this right now, I will hopefully eventually come back to this soon

Not sure if this helps, but I'm using this to replace the repo linked below. That did have chrome installed in Ubuntu in a container.
