logout broken

I'm running msjpq/kde-vnc:focal rootlessly ( -e PGID=1 -e PUID=1). I want to install microsoft-edge. After set the user as sudoer, It didn't take effect after I logout and logged back in.

$ groups daemon
daemon : daemon sudo
$ sudo apt update
[sudo] password for daemon: 
daemon is not in the sudoers file.  This incident will be reported.

Pressing "Log Out" in KDE menu will automatically take me back in after a blackscreen (although i've set the passwd).
