[Humble] Ctrl-C on MicroROS2 causes exception

Describe the bug When running MicroROS2 Agent using a launch file, pressing ctrl-C fails to kill the agent - resulting in a crash.

MicroROS2 needs a ctrl-c handler?

Since this seems to happen in many places, I think this might be more of a "how to" guide with implementations in one that impact scenarios we've exercised.
