Foveation on render targets (when possible in WebXR)
Currently the render targets used in the effects can't make use of foveation as only the WebXR swapchain texture is foveated. There is some discussion about making it possible https://github.com/immersive-web/layers/issues/310. If this lands the effects should be updated to make use of it.
