Accessibility could be better

Using colour as a way of conveying information doesn't work for certain kinds of colour-blindness.

  • [x] Use icons instead of just colour (test with https://www.toptal.com/designers/colorfilter)
  • [ ] Ensure that the generated markup that this project controls works with screen readers.

Would a TOML file of colours mapped to ADR statuses be in order here ? If so, I'm quite happy to take this on. I like add-viewer, and would like to see it have more functionality. I can add features if they are called for.
