HotKey: Overspill

HotKeys defined in fmAutomate are available outside fmAutoMate and conflict with hot keys from other apps.

This is currently the most important issue to fix, because it leads to a negative User Experience in OTHER apps!

Note: MBS Version 10.2.0.02 has stopped the HotKeys leaking out of the Scriptworkspace to other areas of FileMaker ... but the HotKeys are still defined globally and thus blocking other apps HotKeys from working.
