Note: MBS Version 10.2.0.02 has stopped the HotKeys leaking out of the Scriptworkspace to other areas of FileMaker ... but the HotKeys are still defined globally and thus blocking other...

Not sure if my comment answers your question. After switching between light and dark mode you may have to reset FileMaker's own syntax colouring in order to get the background...

Such functions could however be destroyed by a solution which uses similar MBS functionality and performs a reset.
